Salary: $100,000 - $185,000 per year
A bit about us: We are a firm dedicated to providing legal support to municipalities, is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team. We help cities and schools navigate a broad spectrum of legal challenges, including personal injury, employment, discrimination, fraud, civil rights, and harassment cases. This role involves defending municipalities and educational institutions against diverse legal issues.
This is an onsite role in San Bernardino but we do offer a few work from home days depending on the candidate background.

Job Details We seek candidates with membership in the State Bar of California and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
As part of our boutique firm, attorneys work independently while managing their own caseloads, writing motions, appearing in court, taking depositions, composing and responding to discovery requests, and analyzing legal issues, exposure, and defenses, all under the guidance of a partner.
