RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in New York, NY.
Summary
We’re looking for a hybrid Business Analyst/Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Administrator to support our Alternatives Business Enablement & Operations teams. This role leads CRM management, delivers business-driven enhancements, and provides data insights to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Translate business needs into functional requirements and coordinate cross-functional delivery
Manage UAT, release communication, and change-management activities
Serve as the primary admin for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM): onboarding, configuration updates, workflows, automations, and templates
Perform data quality reviews and enforce data governance
Monitor system usage and partner with IT on enhancements and integrations
Build dashboards and custom reports for KPIs across fundraising, pipeline, client service, and investor operations
Analyze CRM data to identify trends, gaps, and process improvements
Requirements
7-10 years in business analysis, project management, product/operations, or related roles (financial services/alternatives preferred)
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) administration
Experience with alternative investment processes (fundraising, capital calls/distributions, reporting)
Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Salesforce, eFront, or Appian
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
