Job Title: Vendor Qualification Associate I Duration: 12 months contract Location: Foster City, Ca 94404 Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite at FC, 2 days remote Description Client is looking for a Vendor Qualification Associate I, who will report to the Senior Manager of Vendor Outsourcing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high quality of data and services across all vendors supporting Client's global R&D portfolio - Ph I-IV clinical trials. Lead and/or support vendor capability assessments, sourcing, contracting, procurement, category management, and inspection readiness activities Understand various clinical trial activities including clinical monitoring, data management, RWD/RWE, biostatistics, medical writing, Ph 1 CRU, central lab, biomarker lab, bioanalytical lab, RTSM, eCOA, medical imaging, safety, e-informed consent, mobile HCP services, telemedicine, and wearables/sensors Conduct RFIs, Data Privacy and Security IT Assessments, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Due Diligence Manage vendor subcontractor process, financial health assessments, inspection readiness preparation Perform data analysis and benchmarking to provide data-informed insights into strategy and continuous improvement Create and deliver presentations and trainings Interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors with strong communication and executive presence Partner with R&D Quality & Compliance, clinical operations, finance, legal, business conduct, vendor relationship management, and payments Work under minimal supervision and manage competing priorities effectively Demonstrate knowledge of GCP, GVP, GLP, GDP, and ICH E6 R2 compliance requirements Stay informed on current global and regional compliance trends Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry BS or BA required PMP certification or equivalent preferred Project management experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries Experience as a current or former project manager Skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Attention to detail and proactive management of quality findings Strong project management, organization, and critical thinking skills Comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors Executive presence Why Work With Us?
