Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Title: Cyber Security Analyst Location: Regional - Hybrid (Willing to Come to Office at Least 3 Days Per Week) Position Type: Full Time/Perm Description A well-established organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Analyst II to join its dynamic Information Security team. The selected candidate will focus on the configuration and monitoring of various security platforms to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information systems. This role requires a proactive individual capable of identifying and mitigating security threats effectively. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2-5 years of experience in configuring and monitoring information security platforms. Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, Antivirus/EDR, encryption, vulnerability testing, firewalls, web proxies, patch management, logging/auditing, identity access management systems, and network security. Strong understanding of network security, TCP/IP, and associated protocols. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability for occasional travel for training, conferences, and disaster recovery or offsite equipment support. On-call support 24/7 with a 30-minute response window as needed. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are advantageous. Desired Skills Experience providing guidance and support to junior security analysts. Familiarity with the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices. Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technological advancements. Compensation Pay Range: $63,000 - $90,000/Year Benefits A comprehensive benefits package is offered.
