Long-term, on-going contract role with potential for hire

Location: Malvern, PA ( Hybrid: M/F are remote, Tue/Wed/Thu are on-site in Malvern)

Pay: $40 to $50 per hour

Title: Digital Campaign Manager

Summary: Seeking an organized, process driven and proactive individual to support the Paid Media Strategy team. This role will work directly with internal teams such as the Product Pods, Content Strategy, Engagement Strategy, Creative Production, Media Team, Public Site Team, Analytics, Digital Measurement as well as an external agency to establish new workflows, ensure successful completion of projects, maintain quality expectations all while holding key stakeholders and teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all projects, initiatives, ad-hoc request, experimentation and broader strategy implementation of the Paid Strategy Team specifically for the media agency
• Manage the timelines and quality of all deliverables relating to a digital media program (external agency + internal creative, analytics, dev, web teams) across multiple lines of business
• Audit and create new workflows
• Identify areas of overlap or contradiction and connect internal teams to resolve
• Partner with Media Manager to maintain all status and documentation
• Lead retrospectives with teams to optimize the process

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience with paid digital media within advertising/marketing/media agencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and team accountability skills
• Experience working with an agile digital media department, preferably agency-side or client in-house
• Day to day client facing experience and ability to identify & prioritize activities across disciplines
• Proven experience scoping multi-disciplined projects
• Willingness to problem solve and work on never been done before media projects
• Understanding, documenting and holding the agency accountable on objectives and expectations
• Diplomacy and relationship management savvy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Financial Service companies
• LinkedIn campaign management and B2B marketing experience highly preferred
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field
