Job Description

Our client is seeking a Director of Network & Telecom to join their team. As a Director of Network & Telecom, you will be part of the IT department supporting network and telecommunications teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Director of Network & Telecom

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $0 - $175K

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage the network and telecom teams to ensure a reliable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure.
• Oversee the integration of network and telecommunications systems during mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies for network and telecom systems, including cloud integration.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards while managing operational budgets.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and IT security teams to align services with operational needs.

What's Needed?

• 10 years or more experience in the network and telecom field, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Experience leading teams through mergers and acquisitions with minimal operational disruption.
• Proficient in cloud strategies and hybrid cloud models related to network and telecom services.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Information Science or equivalent experience is required.
• Background in Healthcare required
