Position: Executive Sous Chef
Salary: $70,000–$75,000 + Bonus Potential
Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is where bold Peruvian flavors, crafted cocktails, and vibrant energy come together to create unforgettable dining experiences. We're seeking a skilled and driven Executive Sous Chef to help lead our back-of-house operations in Reston Town Center .

What You’ll Do
Support the Executive Chef in running daily kitchen operations and maintaining high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and service
Coach, train, and develop BOH staff, fostering a strong and motivated kitchen culture
Maintain food safety protocols, prep readiness, and station execution at a high level
Assist in cost control: inventory, food and labor costs, scheduling, and ordering
Participate in seasonal menu development and culinary innovation
Lead by example and maintain a hands-on presence during peak business hours
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef role
Strong background in scratch kitchens, upscale casual dining, or Latin/Peruvian cuisine (preferred)
Proven leadership skills with an ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, P&L, labor and food cost management
Culinary degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
Comfortable with restaurant technology, scheduling platforms, and ordering systems
