These are hands-on roles working with a reputable and hardworking farm operation committed to doing things the right way.
As a recruiter, I'm partnering directly with multiple farms across the region to place dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in contributing to a successful harvest.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with harvest operations (grain, row crops, etc.)
Operating equipment such as grain carts, semis, or harvesters (based on experience)
Performing general farm labor including maintenance, cleaning, and prep work
Supporting the team with daily tasks in fast-paced environments
Working extended hours, including some evenings/weekends as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous farm or ag equipment experience preferred – but not required for all roles
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required)
Physically able to lift, bend, and work on your feet for long hours
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependability and willingness to work through harvest
