Job duties include: crating, uncrating, and moving large X-ray equipment into customer facilities. Installation and setup of equipment including connection to 3 phase power. Troubleshooting and repair of equipment over the phone, internet, or in person. Repair and replacement of electronic / electrical components including hardware and software. Perform preventative maintenance as required. When not in the field would be working to produce new X-ray equipment in the factory. Travel requirement is 50%+## Job DescriptionPrimary assignment is to service XRpure customers and equipment on-site for installation of new equipment or troubleshooting, repair, and service of existing equipment. Required competencies are:· Experience assembling electro-mechanical assemblies to include wiring harnesses, computerized machine controls, networking modems, and other electro-mechanical items.· Familiarity with basic plumbing connections· Must have the ability to read and follow drawings and schematics.· Must have the ability to route, strip, and terminate a wide variety of wiring, including assembling connectors.· Experience working with 120V – 480V, 3 phase power is a plus· Experience with X-ray equipment is a big plus.· Ability to follow schematics and troubleshoot electrical circuits with instruments such as a multimeter is required.· Color vision required.· Will work with material moving equipment such as pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and possibly forklifts to move and secure heavy assemblies.· Forklift experience / certification is a plus· Valid US drivers license is required· Valid passport is required· Ability to travel on short notice when needed· Other duties as assignedAdditional Job DescriptionTypical Education and Experience· EET Associate degree (electronics technician) or equivalent experience· 5+ years of related experienceAvailable For Hire NoHiring Freeze No**ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS****Environment and Physical Demands*** As described in the job posting**Ability to Travel*** Travel required.
