The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused per diem Home Health Aide (HHA) - Private Duty Innovative Home Services to join our team! Pay rate is $17/per hour for opportunity to have a flexible job schedule where you can make a difference in the lives of our seniors. HHA/Companion Duties may include amongst other duties as assigned/requested: * Helping with hands-off services such as: * Shopping * Companionship * Light meal preparation * Light housekeeping * Laundry * Home Organization Additionally, HHA services may include hands-on care tasks. Qualifications: * Minimum 18 years of age. * HS Diploma or GED equivalent * Able to work in USA and successfully pass pre-employment screening. * Patient, kind, and enthusiastic. * Able to work independently. * Has the ability to read and follow written instructions and document services provided. * CPR certification preferred. * 1-year prior experience preferred but not required. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: * Has a completed a recognized Home Health Aide training program of 40 hours or has passed the IHS Home Health Aide competency test with a passing score. * Current Certified Nursing Aide certification. * Has a current CPR certification. * Has excellent observation and communication skills. * Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision. * Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations. * Ability to successfully pass all pre-employment requirements.
