Housekeeping Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years housekeeping experience in a resort, luxury/full-service hotel, or private club
• Ability to take initiative, identifying needs and opportunities with minimal oversight
• Excellent guest service and passion for hospitality
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team
• Naturally positive demeanor and energetic approach to work

Housekeeping Manager Duties:

• Coach and develop a team of housekeeping associates, including hiring, scheduling, and training
• Develop and implement department SOPs and training initiatives
• Oversee, audit, and inspect the work of housekeeping associates
• Manage inventory and implement cost-saving controls
• Investigate and rectify all housekeeping concerns reported by members and guests

Housekeeper Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary ($68K-$75K) plus bonus
