This position is for a full-time Maintenance Tech I to work at Nohona Hale, a 111-unit affordable family housing community in Honolulu, HI. This is a Tax Credit / HMMF Bond property. Qualified candidates must have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience, knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a CADL, clean DMV record and reliable transportation. Must have basic computer knowledge. Salary range: $19.00 - $28.50 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.00 - $23.75 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

The Maintenance Technician I performs necessary and minor repairs and preventative maintenance on rental units as they become vacant. May also assist in Painting of Interior Units, Office Areas, Laundry Room and Common Area Maintenance.
