The Marketing Associate will help implement marketing strategies that effectively promote our products and services, building and growing the company’s reputation throughout the yachting, watersports and tech industries.

The ideal candidate is an expressive communicator and creative thinker who has an execution-oriented mindset and can contribute innovative ideas in a team environment.

It is important to us that you are a watersports aficionado, and that you feel at home in the world of luxury products. You should have a good understanding of marketing and content strategies, as well as social media. Photo and video editing knowledge is encouraged.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), execute social media communication strategies, and drive community engagement.
• Strategize and create engaging content that elevates the SEABOB brand.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Events and Public Relations representatives for the organization and execution of trade shows, photoshoots and private events.
• Represent SEABOB at B2B and B2C events across the United States and abroad.
• Create, enhance and maintain relationships with dealers, partners and collaborators to promote the SEABOB experience.
• Follow up on leads generated from international trade shows and develop promotional materials to support marketing initiatives.
• Compile, format, and produce creative communications, including information summaries, graphs, and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is required. Experience working with luxury products preferred but no required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• Proficiency in marketing principles, and social media platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong content development and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and team-oriented collaboration skills.
