Position : Part-Time Driver (CDL-Class C)

Willow Falls is a vibrant senior living community committed to providing exceptional care and enhancing the well-being of our residents. We believe in creating an environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social wellness. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a responsible and reliable Part-Time Bus Driver to join our transportation team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating our bus to transport residents within our community.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a passenger bus to transport residents on scheduled routes within the community.
• Ensure the bus is in good operating condition by conducting pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents during transportation.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Maintain a clean and organized bus interior.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License-Class C) or higher.
• Proven clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Prior experience in transportation or as a bus driver is preferred but not required.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Part-time position (15 to 25 hours per week)
• Weekday shifts (specific days to be determined, occasional weekends).
• Pay: $17 to $18 per hour
