Job Description: At Regions, the Private Wealth Management Relationship Specialist assists in the coordinated delivery of a broad range of bank products and services (trust, insurance, deposits, credit, mortgage, investment, etc.) to affluent clients. This role is responsible for rendering an extraordinarily high level of services to private wealth management clients and supporting the Private Wealth management team's effort to grow and retain clients. Primary Responsibilities o Facilitates day to day standard transactional needs of the client base, including processing deposits, payments, account transfers, bill payments, wire transfers or other client support transactions o Enters and maintains appropriate client records in CRM tools, loan closing document preparation and assistance o Responds to client requests for information and assists with general inquiries, within appropriate level of authority, including the processing of documentation for overdrafts, new account setup and monitoring of various first line of defense risk activities o Supports sales efforts by assisting with information for scheduling appointments, making follow up telephone calls, and preparing and maintaining client marketing materials o Collaborates with private wealth management and sales team to ensure client needs are fulfilled and promote business development and client retention opportunities This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements: o High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of Private Wealth administration, Trust Support administration or related experience o OR a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years Private Wealth administration, Trust Support administration or related experience Preferences o Bachelor's degree in a business related field o Thorough understanding of Investment Services and Banking Industry o Solid understanding of Wealth Management processes o Fundamental knowledge of credit processes and Investment Services support Skills and Competencies o Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills o Proactive and thorough in developing comprehensive client correspondence. o Skilled in identifying and socializing best practices o Distinct organizational and customer service skills o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail. o Strong record keeping skills including proficiency in standard CRM software o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
