Job Details

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee community-based programs that support children, youth, and families. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is passionate about making a lasting impact through trauma-informed care and culturally responsive services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of assigned programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards.
Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
Monitor program outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service delivery.
Manage budgets, contracts, and reporting requirements in alignment with agency and funder expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and service providers.
Ensure services are delivered in a trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally competent manner.
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of new initiatives and funding opportunities.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program management within social services, child welfare, or behavioral health.
Proven leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing complex programs.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, family systems, and community-based service models.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
