About the Opportunity

Our client, a leader in premium food production, is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to play a key role in ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance across internal, regulatory, and customer standards. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll work closely with QA teams, production, and management to maintain world-class quality systems while driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the QA Manager to prepare for and participate in customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
• Ensure food safety and quality programs (HACCP/Preventive Controls, GMPs, FSMA/BRC) are executed and always audit-ready
• Lead QA Forepersons and QA Leads, ensuring production stays compliant without disruption
• Monitor and maintain required quality and regulatory training for the team
• Review and improve the Quality Management System and Food Defense programs
• Conduct and document internal audits to meet GFSI standards
• Manage customer compliance portals such as Tracegains, Share-iFY, and Azzule
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSMA, and GFSI certification requirements
• Strong leadership and communication skills (Spanish a plus)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online customer compliance platforms
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments
