As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting on roles anywhere from C-suite to entry level. You will interact with leadership on a daily basis to understand the position fully before using any avenues to source, screen, and set up interviews with candidates.
You will also be responsible for extending offers, onboarding paperwork, and will have touchpoints with candidates up until their start date.
This position will require you to be in office 5 days a week during normal business hours.
- ADP onboarding experience
- at least 3 years of experience in sourcing and screening candidates
- ability to prioritize and stay on task
- experience with Linkedin Recruiter and Indeed for sourcing
