School Social Worker | Full-Time | Elementary | 20252026 School Year | Genoa , IL | $40$55/hr
Soliant Education is seeking a full-time School Social Worker to join a supportive district in Genoa , Illinois for the 20252026 school year. This role will serve two elementary buildings with a manageable caseload of 2025 students , focusing on providing social-emotional support, counseling, and IEP services.
Position Details:
Location: Genoa, IL
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite Only
Caseload: Elementary | 2 buildings | 2025 students
Pay Range: $40$55/hr (based on experience)
Contract Dates: 20252026 school year
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect counseling services
Support IEP goals and facilitate meetings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
Address social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW)
Valid Illinois PEL with School Social Worker Endorsement (in hand)
Experience with elementary-age students preferred
Interview Process:
1015 minute phone screen with Soliant recruiter
2030 minute virtual interview with the district
Offer typically within 2448 hours
