As a Security Professional with Allied Universal assigned to a dynamic food and beverage production location, you will play a key role in access control operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors alike. You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with all personnel, and respond promptly to any security-related situations that may arise. Pay Rate: $10.45 / Hour

DayTimeWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and identify unusual activity.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to company and client protocols.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment within the food and beverage processing location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
