Wage:
• Starting at 90k annually depending on experience

Responsibilities:
• Oversee site safety first and foremost. Enforce the Safety Program for the project and ensure all personnel on site comply with the Safety Program.
• Responsible for primary site leadership and supervision on large scale projects (ground-up, additions, and intensive remodels).
• Support career progression by coaching, mentoring, and developing Associate Superintendents for promotion into Superintendent roles. This support includes but is not limited to, running projects in
tandem with Associate Superintendents, Foremen, and new Superintendents providing quality job shadowing opportunities, and giving constructive feedback in a positive manner.
• Collaborate with multiple BCI Project Teams to determine budget(s) and timeline(s). Implementing and managing the schedule as designed.
• Supporting the Field Operations Manager (FOM) in the quarterly assessments and reviews of Foremen, Associate Superintendents, and Superintendents.
• Create and distribute weekly a four (4) week schedule “look-ahead,” amongst other processes, to assure sub-contractors are engaged in project execution and delivery.
• Understand plans, specifications, and subcontractor agreements. Ensure specifications and regulations outlined in architectural and engineering plans are followed.
• Design, implement and maintain training programs for construction Superintendents, including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and safety compliance.
• Mentor and coach foreman & entry level superintendents on best practices for project scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and field leadership.
• Perform and oversee project specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) practices to ensure projects are delivered project specifications and of quality craftsmanship.
• Monitor daily needs to ensure that all materials are delivered when required. Verify the accuracy of packing lists and transfer all paperwork to the Admin Department and Project Managers.
• Record and send completed Daily Progress Reports and photos to project specific recipients each day utilizing the proper software (Procore).
• Review and analyze cost reports and labor hours information regularly with Project Managers for accuracy and budget forecasting.
• Attend Project Kick-Off and Close-Out meetings to assure all the project information is disseminated and returned properly such as project contacts, contracts, cost coding, project documentation, logistics, plans, hourly studies, Sub-contractor performance, etc.
• Attend company production and safety meetings, typically once a month.

• Successful experience working with earthwork, ground-up construction of buildings, and fit-outs of spaces with various finish materials.
• Ability to read and cross-reference a multitude of project plans and other project documents against work being installed and implemented.
• Ability to balance a multitude of sub-contractors at one (1) time to build an “assembly line” of delivered work to achieve maximum efficiencies.
• Capacity to give direction and orders in a way to achieve optimal results without creating undue tension and conflict.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 8+ years of building and Construction Management experience
• 8+ years of experience with Commercial Construction
• Efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project trained or equivalent knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent with Procore software

Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Administration, or Similar experience
• OSHA30, SWWPP Certified
• Microsoft Project experience – constructions scheduling
• Health card for commercial vehicle needs.
