Success Coach
PURPOSE OF POSITION: To support the Workforce Development Department in delivering services that empower participants to achieve and sustain meaningful employment. This role provides individualized guidance, resources, and professional development opportunities to help participants explore career pathways, enhance job readiness, and pursue further education and training when appropriate. The position also implements strategies to assess each individual’s abilities, employment barriers, and training needs.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Assistant Director of Workforce Development
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: None
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: High school diploma required with s ome college preferred. Experience or strong interest in workforce development, social services, education, or related field desired. Must pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Energetic and talented team player with the desire to impact the community and create significant change in the lives of youth and adults.
SPECIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE : The ability to collect and document confidential participant information, detail-oriented, active listening, student advocacy, time management, and possess the desire and ability to serve individuals in need of guidance.

RESPONSIBITIES: Work with individuals who have disabilities and/ or barriers to employment and guide the achievement of both their employment, training, and educational goals.
