About Us:

Serving industries from aerospace to medical, our custom components are found in some of the world's most demanding environments. We're growing fast and are looking for an experienced Tooling Mold Maker to help us keep quality at the core of everything we do.

What You'll Do (aka Your Superpowers):

• Highly skilled with electrode design and machining.
\n
• Build and repair molds that power our presses and production.
\n
• Tame the machines: CNCs, lathes, mills, grinders, EDMs—you name it.
\n
• Decode blueprints and engineering drawings like a pro.
\n
• Recommend improvements to make our tools even better.
\n
• Prep molds for production with pinpoint precision.
\n
• Use software to check 3D designs and bring them to life.
\n
• Measure twice (maybe three times) and cut once—accuracy is key.
\n
• Team up with our Tooling Manager and leads to troubleshoot and perfect.
\n
• Keep detailed notes and records on tool performance and maintenance.
\n

What You Bring:

\n
• Journeyman Tool & Die Maker status—this isn't your first rodeo.
\n
• \n 5-10 years of plastic injection mold experience .
\n
• CAM systems, CNC mills, and EDM knowledge? Yes, please.
\n
• Bonus points for experience with Mastercam, SolidWorks, Charmilles, and Okuma.
\n
• Mechanical know-how and the muscle to lift 50 lbs when needed.
\n
• Tech-savvy mindset and sharp attention to detail.
\n
• Team spirit with strong communication chops.
\n

Pay That Reflects Your Skills:
$46.24 - $52.00/hour (Based on experience)
