Location: Berlin, VT
Duration: 16 Weeks (Assignment may extend up to 32 weeks )
Schedule
Shifts (Monday–Friday): Day 5x8
\t06:30–15:00
\t\t10:00–18:30
\t\t12:00–20:00
\t\tMinimum 5 years of pharmacist experience required
\tPrior travel experience not required
\tSterile Compounding Competency
\tFingertip test
\t\tBroth/media fill test
\t\tMath test
\t\tStaff Pharmacist Competencies , including:
\tMedication reconciliation
\t\tOrder verification
\t\tVancomycin dosing and lab monitoring
\t\tRenal dosing management
