• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,923 - $2,136\n

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm\n
• Shifts per Week: 5 (8-hour day shifts)\n
• Hours per Week: 40\n
• Patient Load: 5–8 home health patients per day\n
• Travel Radius: Up to 75 miles from home clinic (average 30–40 miles/day, up to 200 miles/week)\n
• Dress Code: Scrubs\n
• EMR: HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB), OASIS documentation\n
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (W2 contract)\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license required\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent adult home health or hospice RN experience\n
• Current CPR and BLS certifications\n
• Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation (recent use within 6 months preferred; retraining available)\n
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance\n
• Ability to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic for patient visits\n
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills\n
• Weekend and on-call rotation may be required\n
• Local Registered Nurses accepted at the same rate\n
• First-time travel nurses not accepted; must have recent specialty experience in home health or hospice\n

\n\nHomecare RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in accordance with physician orders and agency policies\n
• Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and LPNs/LVNs\n
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, wound care, start of care, and follow-up visits\n
• Document patient care and progress using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS\n
• Maintain productivity standards (30 points per week) and manage a daily caseload of 5–8 patients\n
• Participate in office meetings, required training, and ongoing professional development\n
• Deliver nursing care in patient homes and care facilities as needed\n
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as required\n
