\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 36 hours per week with day/night float capabilities to ICU
\n• Patient ratio of 1:4 across all shifts (days, nights, and weekends)
\n• Float required to ICU with possibility to float to Med Surg if needed by facility
\n• Every other weekend and holiday rotations as necessary
\n• Work primarily in IMC (Intermediate Care) unit with 12 beds and daily census of 9
\n• Care for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, neurological, respiratory, and GI/GU diagnoses
\n• Must successfully pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
\n• 2 years of experience required
\n• Skills required: Cardiac telemetry, Cerner charting system, IV therapy/phlebotomy, CVA care, respiratory care
\n• Work with specialized equipment including vents/trach, IV non-titratable drips, HFNC, dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis
\n• Scrubs not provided - must wear ceil blue scrubs
\n• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
\n• First time travelers accepted
\n• 24 hours of orientation provided
\n• Compact license or MD license required

The facility provides comprehensive cardiac, neurological, respiratory, and gastrointestinal care for adult and geriatric patients. The unit is supported by interdisciplinary services including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams, ensuring comprehensive patient care with modern medical equipment and technology.
