Veterinary Associate at Sandwich Veterinary Hospital

Sandwich Veterinary Hospital, a busy 3-doctor practice, is looking to add a full-time Veterinary Associate to our team! We welcome new grads with open arms and offer mentorship and a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities & Desired Experience:

• Preventative care and managing sick animal appointments
• Handling emergencies during regular working hours
• Routine and advanced small animal medicine (occasional ruminant/swine work available, but not required)
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required—training for DVMs interested in becoming a Medical Director is available

*Prosal Compensation with a base range of $110k - $150k. Compensation commensurate with experience, skills, schedule, and the scope of services provided.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
• Licensure in good standing to practice in Illinois
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
