Bradley Professional is currently looking for a Warehouse Manager who thrives on logistics, safety, people development, and efficiency. If you've got a strong background in warehouse management—especially in food or beverage manufacturing—we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff—setting schedules, coaching performance, and maintaining accountability
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards (FDA, OSHA, GMP, etc.)
• Implement efficient systems to manage inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment upkeep
• Monitor KPIs to track productivity, cost, and service level performance
• Support ERP/WMS usage and continuously improve warehouse processes

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years experience in a warehouse leadership role, preferably in a food/beverage or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS preferred)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Forklift certification a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments
