WTR Search is seeking a Wind Site Manager for a leading Renewable Energy company to oversee the safe, efficient, and high-performing operation of a company-owned Wind Farm located in Oklahoma. This position offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all site employees and contractors to maximize availability and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and support wind turbine technicians in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, and service/warranty contracts.
• Conduct and oversee safety analyses, inspections, and training to maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Manage site inventory and develop and manage site budget.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly site performance and operations reports.
• Ensure training certifications and qualifications for all personnel remain current.
• Serve as the primary site contact for landowners, regulators, and community stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in wind or energy O&M, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with lock-out/tag-out procedures and switching operations.
• Experience in monitoring site performance, availability, and reliability.
• Strong understanding of safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Maximo is a plus.
• Technical degree or equivalent work experience in wind or energy operations.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
