Account Consultant – Digital Media
Location: Hybrid/Remote (Oakdale, MN)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Flexible Start Between 8–9 AM CST
Pay: Starting at $18.50/hr + Bonus & Commission Potential
Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, account management, or a related field
Tentative Start Date: August 25th, 2025

You'll shape the digital success of your personal portfolio of 60+ small businesses across the U.S. and Canada.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to digital advisor for your clients. Build trust and drive results
• Create and manage content across major social media platforms
• Collaborate with internal experts to launch and optimize ad campaigns
• Respond to reviews and manage online reputations
• Host regular strategy calls to review performance and set goals
• Communicate proactively via video, email, or text, always keeping clients engaged
• Track everything in our CRM from insights to updates
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and renew services
• Be ready to jump on professional video calls throughout your day

What You Bring

• 2+ years in digital marketing, client success, or account management
• Experience with video calls, client communication, and juggling multiple projects
• Familiarity with social platforms, digital tools, and online trends
• Strong communication and writing skills
• A proactive, organized, and team-first mindset
• A passion for helping small businesses grow
