Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Loan Operations Specialist positions in Saint Louis, MO. Perks: · Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM · Weekly paycheck · Pay: $30.23 d/hr · Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: · Complete customer set-up in the system of record and review signed documents for accuracy and completeness · Verify receipt of all required documents for booking and perform detailed due diligence based on collateral and loan types · Send funds via wire per funding instructions and ensure timely completion of initial loan review and wires prior to booking · Book loans onto the bank's system of record, maintain control of collateral through set-up, exception tracking, and standardization of collateral files · Assure initial lien perfection and accurately input indicative data changes · Independently research and discuss loans with line partners confidently and knowledgeably Requirements: · Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy in loan documentation and booking processes · Experience with loan operations, collateral management, and lien perfection · Ability to perform due diligence and follow compliance requirements for various loan types · Proficiency in wire transfers, system data entry, and exception tracking · Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal partners and resolving issues independently This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
